Yes, by default all of our servers come managed! Our servers are configured with a Fully Managed image using your choice of cPanel/WHM or Plesk control panel.

Yes! By using a our web based orchestrator product, you have access to cloud based server resizes and migrations. If you run out of disk space, or find your server low on RAM, you can easily resize your server with a few button clicks.

We currently offer the following 64-bit operating systems: Windows Server 2016 and Ubuntu LTS (Latest). Unfortunately the VPS platform does not allow installation of custom operating systems.
If the offered operating systems are not right for you, you may want to consider a Dedicated Server. Our Dedicated Servers allow for the installation of custom operating systems. Additionally they provide the ability to fully customize your hosting environment.
By default the VPS models have no SLA and they are provided as is.
Although the rate of our datacenters in past for several years has been close to 99,99%. When you purchase SLA, there are three layers. SLA-A, SLA-B and SLA-C.
Where SLA-A means HA availability from hardware to another in case of emergency and in SLA-C you get geosla and other neat features.
By default we have three layer of firewalls to choose from. FW-A, FW-B and FW-C.
Yes. The easiest way is to change the tier to another one, but it is also possible to contact our support and ask for a quote.
By default there is no backup and you have the responsibility to protect your own data.
If you purchase the file based backup feature add-on, there is software on the server where you can easily select what to backup or retrieve. When archiving files, the limit of backup size can be added later. This option is usually used when securing working files or web root.
If you select our state-of-the-art solution, the version of your virtual machine is added into a datacenter backup schema. Retrieving backups you need to contact our support, extra fees may apply if you choose to find old RPO (Return Point Object) or individual snapshot or file.
You may request imaged machine versions according to RTO (Return Time Object).
Finally, if you are fysically located close to us, we can deliver your machine image (in vmware format) in a USB key to store in your local safe.
We have two ways to deliver VPN solution for you.
Alternative 1: Net-to-net VPN, where we route all your traffic to the tunnel created to your network. You will need to have firewall at your end which supports permanent tunnels.
Alternative 2: SSL VPN with a secure admin channel to your server or remote server usage for your end-users. You may use any openvpn clients to connect the server.
By combining both you may even have a VPN to your internal network without purchasing more licenses from your hardware vendor.
All of our servers are licensed from Microsoft thru their SPLA lisencing schema. Use of our VPS lisensing codes for anything other than the purpose they were ment to, is prohibited. If you for example face an company wide SAM reporting, there is no need to worry about the VSP operating system licenses. Since you have full access to the server and you can install your own software, please have respect on manufacturers licensing policies. We are not involved to this process. If you wish to purchase some licenses for the server, please contact our support. It is common to purchase for example SQL Server lisenses thru to our SPLA program. Please note that licenses are invoiced (cannot be paid in Paypal) and delivered when we have recieved the payment.
